THE THREE FACES OF GOD

Unity Radio with Karen Kelly & Rev. Ellen Debenport

July, 2013

Is your experience of the sacred as robust as it could be? Or is it limited to just one out of three possible perspectives?

In this audio Dustin engages in conversation with Karen Kelly and Rev. Ellen Debenport for Unity Online Radio Network, a platform for spiritual and New Thought discussions. Over the course of the hour Dustin unpacks Ken Wilber’s notion of the Three Faces of God. In short, this concept points to the fact that we can experience divinity from three distinct perspectives: first person (Great Self), second person (Great Thou), and third person (Great It). In explaining these various perspectives, Dustin comes to illustrate that the ultimate spiritual practice is one that can embrace all Three Faces of God simultaneously. An integral spiritual practice that includes each of these three dimensions can show you through direct experience how to have a fuller and more impactful relationship with Spirit.
